Refund policy



At Perspective, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges: We strive to provide as much detail as possible about sizing with size charts, model height and size, and do our best to make it clear how the product fits in our descriptions. Therefor we are not able to exchange due to sizing issues. For other reasons, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
