Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Perspective! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Shipping Times: We are working diligently to fulfill your order, and we strive to have it processed and sent out within 7-14 business days or sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take up to three to four weeks. Pre order items shipping times (see below). (Note: Once in the hand of USPS, UPS, or DHL we have no control as to when your package may arrive). Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for your order to be shipped. (States clearly in description of an item if it is a pre order or not)

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. 

Pre-made Orders: Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Shipping: Our international shipping is a calculated rate based on item weight and the location it is being shipped to. Note: there will also be a shipping fee you'll have to pay upon delivery of the package (that fee is not from us, that fee is directly paid to the shipping company)
